Over time, just like clockwork, neon makeup looks started appearing on my timeline, at events, almost everywhere. And, while there is almost nothing cooler than a hot pink-like lip or electric green lid, to be completely honest, this trend has always been in a way, intriguing.
Nevertheless, when neon makeup look is done correctly, it gives off a casual-cool vibe, which is why I decided to pull off the look just in time.
