From the unbeatable quality of their foundations, to the very popular ‘eraser eye concealer’, not to forget the popular waterproof big shot colossal mascara and the ‘Master chrome’ highlighter that every makeup artist seems to have in her kit, Maybelline has set high standards as an international brand and has become a force to reckon with in the makeup industry.
As a makeup artist and a hoarder of makeup products who has tried several products in the beauty market, I know and have to admit that their products don’t compromise when it comes to quality.
Unfortunately, they are mainly based in the USA so it might be a bit difficult to get their products in Nigeria and nobody wants to fall victim of buying fake products that could damage their skin overtime. Nonetheless, you have no worries, Mimiejay is here to help as always, lol, so, I will share with you where to get authentic Maybelline products here in Lagos, Nigeria.
Maybelline has licensed distributors in Lagos and they also have their mini stores and kiosks located in shopping malls. For one, I know they have stores in these places:
- Ikeja city mall
- Maryland mall
- Maybelline store in Surulere: They have a big store here; address is: No 84, Adeniran Ogunsanya street, Surulere, Lagos.It might also interest you to know that Bimpe Onakoya is the Makeup Artistic Director of Maybelline New York Nigeria
- Maybelline store in Ikeja: Another branch in Computer village, Ikeja No 5, Oriyomi Street. (They also offer makeup services at this branch so feel free to patronise).
- Elaunique stores: A cosmetics store licensed to import authentic Maybelline products. They are located in Fagba, Bola Ahmed Tinubu road, Lagos.
- Original cosmetics Nigeria: It’s an online store for authentic makeup products in Nigeria. They also have a physical store at No 48, Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.
- Allure beauty store: They deal with other brands apart from Maybelline and also products pertaining to skincare, hair and others. It’s located at Pentagon plaza, 23 Opebi Road Ikeja, Lagos.
Being someone that doesn’t go out so much, I tend to shop online most of the time and I know some online (IG) Vendors who sell original Maybelline products because I have patronised them:
