Breaking news!! Fenty Beauty has released a mascara at last.
By now you’d be living under the rock if you’ve not heard about Fenty beauty complexion products like the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte foundation, Fenty BeautyPro Filt’r Hydrating Longwear foundation, Fenty beauty concealers, the Fenty beauty highlighter amongst others.
The Fenty Beauty Full Frontal Volume, Lift & Curl Mascara is the first from the brand and it is available in one shade. ‘cuz i’m black’. This name is the same as the Fenty Beauty Flyliner liquid eyeliner. Fun fact, this name was inspired by one of Rihanna’s iconic clapbacks.
According to Fenty, ‘The ultimate do-it-all mascara designed for a fully exposed lash look, featuring an exclusive flat-to-fat brush that instantly volumizes, lifts, lengthens, and curls’.
According to a press release from Fenty Beauty, “The ultimate do-it-all mascara designed for a fully exposed lash look, featuring an exclusive flat-to-fat brush that instantly volumizes, lifts, lengthens, and curl. The “fat” side of the product holds maximum product while the “flat” side adds definition and curl”
The brand recommends using the “fat” side of the brush to layer and add volume, and the “flat” side to push up lashes. For length, they tell you to hold the wand vertically and focus on applying the formula to the tips of your eyelashes.
Rihanna spoke about her intention for creating this mascara. she said, “I like to get every single little lash to expose them all, I wanted to make sure this mascara lets you do that. You get volume, lift, and curl all with one product and this amazing brush”.
Personally, my favourite when it comes to mascara has always been ones from Maybelline like the Volum’ Express The Rocket Washable Mascara…but I mean, Ms Riri says to try this, then yes, we will.
Fenty beauty has always raised the bar when it comes to their makeup products, I mean, who launches its first product with a whole 50 range line. Best believe I had to get myself one.
The Full Frontal Volume, Lift & Curl Mascara is kindddddd of on the pricier side when it comes to mascara. If we’re being honest, there are some $10 or less that perform similar to this $37 one.
Regardless, there are some qualities that make this $37 mascara unique. First, it’s Fenty Beuty, dhur, jk. It comes with two ends, a fat one and a flat one. The fat side gave the much-desired volume you’d expect in a volumizing mascara and the flat side to define and curl the lashes. You can either use one side or use both, depending on the look you’re going for.
Another good reason why you should buy the Full Frontal Volume, Lift & Curl Mascara is the fact that the product doesn’t clump up during application. You can see each individual lashes curled and looking good, almost like you’re wearing falsies. Lol, I Might have exaggerated there though.
