I could appear flashy at times, but y’all know I scream ‘reserved’ when it comes to makeup. Either way, my lips would always make me talk and pull a stunt on myself.

The Chanel Rouge Allure Liquid Powder comes in 6 vibrant shades, ranging from a neutral pink to a vampy berry combining sensoriality and innovation. It has an integrated foam applicator that leaves a thin film on the lips. Just by unscrewing the gold and black top, you’ll find this sponge applicator that fills with the lipstick when the tube is squeezed for application. Reminds me of the Maybelline age rewind concealer
It comes in safe and beautiful packaging with a “velvet” feel. Also, it’s contains softening oils for a velvety second-skin texture that melts onto the lips when applied. Channel Rogue Allure Liquid Matte Lip Colour is pure and ultra-thin with high concentrated pigments.

To start with, Chanel Rouge Allure Liquid Powder Matte Lip Colour is a long name! Well, the lip product offers a transparent oil that ensures optimized pigment dispersion for bright, vivid colours and I am always wondering why it’s not all powder as it reads but I still give it to Chanel for the innovation.
Being a long-wearing powdery matte finish, it has an unparalleled blurring super effect on the lips. Plus, it holds a creamy and powdery second-skin texture.
The formula is a little drying as well and it can get patchy. I noticed also that if you choose to apply it to the centre of the lips later on stretch to outer corners with the integrated foam applicator, it might not be enough, you’d need about two layers at least to have good coverage or intensity and longlasting look. I am not sounding all over this product. For the price point, I’m not very satisfied with this lipstick but it still makes it to the list of best lipsticks from high-end brands.

To start with, here is a candid advise for when you plan to wear this powder-finish liquid lipstick, it’s good you apply two layers to achieve a vibrant full-coverage colour. With the two layers, I figured out that the colour can be long-lasting. You should also moisturize your lips beforehand to avoid excessive patchiness or lines.
